Legality





                                        In addition to the Code and internal company regulations, SERECO
                                        SRL inspires the conduct of its activities to fully comply with the laws
                                        in force in Italy and in all States where it could operate, as well as
                                        fair collaboration with the institutions and public authorities of these
                                        countries

                                        The Recipients, in carrying out their functions, are required to know
                                        and observe in total the laws and regulations of the States in which
                                        they operate, contacting, in case of interpretative uncertainty on the
                                        applicable regulations, the competent offices and corporate bodies.

                                        Under no circumstances may the Recipients, in order to justify their
                                        conduct in violation of laws or regulations, claim to have acted
                                        in the interest or for the benefit of SERECO SRL.



                                        Transparency, correctness

                                        and collaboration






                                        Transparency, correctness and collaboration are fundamental values
                                        for SERECO SRL and, as such, must distinguish the conduct
                                         of the recipients when they put in place activities both inside
                                        and outside the Company.


                                             For the purposes of this Code, the value of fairness
                                             must be understood as fidelity to the given word,
                                             promises and agreements, sense of responsibility

                                             in the action, enhancement and safeguarding
                                             of company assets, application of the rule
                                             of good faith in every activity and decision.


                                        Given their importance for the verification of the respect of the principles
                                        of transparency and correctness by recipients, the information relating
                                        to the organizational functions transmitted internally or to third parties
                                        must be truthful, complete and timely and expressed in forms - written
                                        or verbal - that privilege easy understanding by their recipients.
